This is the woman who imposed the "zero covid is impossible" reality on New Zealand and Australia.  History will judge her very well.  She made two entire countries face quickly that living with Covid is a necessity.

She is indirectly responsible right now for Auckland forcing Jacinda Ardern to face reality and live with the virus.  She has an opening plan which will ensure on October 11th that NSW can open and get on with it.  While New Zealand, Victoria and WA remain in a constant state of digging a whole for themselves and filling it in.

Today GB did the honourable thing which was to resign. I loved that she didn’t drag everyone in her extended family and friends on stage to do it. She fronted it like a man should. On their own.  That was superb.

There is nothing worse than lining your whole family, friends and colleagues up to the firing squad.

A quick read statement and exit. FU. Off to punch the toilet wall or as I have done in similar circumstances and just thrown a chair  hard up against the wall and sworn a lot.  

That feels excellent btw when you have earned the right.

ICUCK I mean ICAC  has dragged the reputation of not one but three of my clients before it and failed every single time in the end but they have charged Gladys Berejiklian for having a dickhead of a not really “boyfriend”. Per root for her this was an exercise costlier than a berth on The World cruise ship.  Not that we have even ascertained they were even shagging much.

Thankfully the poor woman can now have a decent holiday.

She needs it. She hasn't had one since Helen Clark was PM.

Let us roll this back.

I have no doubt GB will be cleared eventually but this process takes mmmmmmmonths. These despot  pricks in ICUCK ICAC drag good people through the absolute mire before this. They’re absolute amateurs. The charges they have on GB are so broad, her Special Counsel will bat them back to arguing about the relativity of a traffic offence.

Gladys had no option but to resign while under investigation. Such is their powers.

She needs to open up and tell ICUCK the truth of her relationship with Dicky Daryl.  

That per root this was pricier than the berth for a year on The World.

Gladys is a centrist. Horribly so. There’s no usual way in sweet hell someone of the right as I am should support her. But I do. I should be celebrating her leaving so the right of the NSW Libs can take over.

But I do not.

ICUCK ICAC are dreadful. Charging a Premier, any Premier 11 days from a date where NSW persons gain hard won freedoms was a c*** move.

Awful.

But true to form of these tin pot fuckwits.  They have previously "oh accidentally sorry" released evidence in October of her private conversations long enough for media to report them.  That information should have been kept private until charges were laid.  Someone in ICAC or a group of persons, corrupt in themselves, actually wanted her to resign a year ago.  ICAC as a group is politically motivated.  They should take the I out of their name.

In New Zealand there is no such thing as ICAC or corruption, Ministers call it '”failed to disclose a conflict of interest'” and eventually they get their portfolios back in a Labour cabinet!  Jacinda Ardern never fires them unless she eventually wants them gone.

I have no doubt Berejiklian will only be found guilty of having a dickhead of an ex “not even” boyfriend.

Gladys has learned this lesson and hooked up eventually with a decent bloke. Thank God. Enjoy that and move on.  He would have known about where this was likely to end up a year ago.

Daryl, you’re a fizzer mate. The most hated man currently in NSW politics and beyond.

Take it up the chook and tell the world the truth in a press statement now that it’s all your fault.  Because you were an absolute  TOOL.
